Sushi making with chef, held onsite at company’s boardroom
Instead of catering for their grand opening, a SME thought it would be more heartwarming if the guests were served food prepared by their own staff. We helped to organise the event from managing the 30 staff members had volunteered to prepare the food, to engaging a sushi chef was to teach the staff how to prepare sushi and overseeing the preparation of the food for the grand opening in the boardroom. In the end, the 30 staff made enough food for the 200 staff members and guests who came for the opening.
